plmPartner is a network of highly experienced advisors. We have worked with both large international organizations and smaller yet global companies. Our experience ranges from forming digital strategies through project management and using what we've learned in projects over the years to give sound advise to help you succeed in your information management project.
Plant Lifecycle Management
We've helped EPC's and product companies move from strictly Engineer To Order processes towards more Configure To Order. This has been achieved by facilitating re use of engineering data and moving from document centric processes to data centric processes.
This shift from document to structured data has allowed both EPC's and operators to benefit from more effective information handover between milestones in projects. LifeCycle Information (LCI), Documentation For Installation (DFI) and Documentation For Operation (DFO) becomes continuous processes running on data instead of document packages.

Product Lifecycle Management
PLM projects can be small or big, but the same fundamental challenges needs to be solved. Consolidate multi discipline product data into an Engineering Bill Of Material. Manage changes to this Bill Of Material over time and often integrate with an ERP system. Many other processes have been added through recent years from different PLM vendors as well, but in our view, PLM is more and more about connecting data to your processes, and then connecting people to those processes at the right time. Thereby enabling people to make good decisions based on the best available data.
Building Lifecycle Management
Construction industry is still local, but we see more and more initiatives around smarter collaboration and sharing of data and processes. We've been involved in projects to implement Virtual Design and Construction VDC, and have offered guidance in AEC companies quest for better digital strategies. In our view, the construction industry is on the verge of something exciting, as the race to attract young people, and to work smarter seems to lead to more and more use of BIM, PLM like technologies and collaborative processes
